The CHEF-SACHE Young Chefs Award 2012

To compare with others, to find out, where one stands and to present oneself as a young chef on the market – an important step for a career!

 

 

Encourage and support the starchefs of the future - as a partner!

 

 

Together with partners the organisers of CHEF-SACHE create a competition for young chefs / apprentices. All apprentices who will become chefs can apply and participate in the competition. Application for one of the announced categories with recipe, picture of the dish, curriculum vitae and personal picture via eMail.

 

A high-class jury consisting of personalities like Bernd Ackermann, Christian Scharrer, Heiko Antoniewicz und Helmut Gote, takes a preselection and invites the three best applicants per category to the finals during CHEF-SACHE. The participants will cook their dish to make first, second or third place in a set amount of time – in front of the jury. 

 

Assessed will be the:
• quality and level of innovation of the recipe
• taste and harmonie
• presentation and appearance
• precision and structure of the written recipe
• technical skills, cleanliness, order and staying within the time allowance
