Iceland – Catch fascination
The Duc Ngo came to West Berlin as a Vietnam refugee in 1979. Duc graduated from high school and worked at McDonald’s. He was fascinated by Japanese cuisine. He studied Japanology and became a sushi master. Today, he rules an empire of more than 10 restaurants and employs over 100 people. On the stage, Duc will compare traditional and modern sushi. For this, he always uses sushi and sashimi-suitable Icelandic goods from the Deutsche See “Islynt” product range.
