Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson have been a team for a long time. They already drew attention to their creativity in the trendy Quebec restaurant Toque. Now they run the restaurants Montréal Plaza and Foodchain, which provides a delivery and catering service in addition to the casual-style restaurant. It is also casual in Montréal Plaza. From the decor, somewhat between country house and bistro, it’s a showcase of local produce and New French-Canadian Cuisine.
