On the symposium CHEF-SACHE you get the chance to experience German and International star chefs live on stage. Get to know on these following sites what you have to expect of CHEF-SACHE, for what the celebrity chefs stand for, where they cook nowadays and how they became famous star chefs.

Miguel Calero
Networker with a passion
Miguel Calero Vita is not very moved. Basically, he was first of all with Harald Wohlfahrt, then with Joachim Wissler at Vendôme as service chief. Miguel is much more than a good service man. He was the antithesis to Joachim Wissler. He knew how to communicate the ideas arising from the concentrated hard work of chefs into the outside world. Building up contacts and maintaining them. Miguel Calero has certainly contributed greatly to the international success of Vendôme. For this reason, it is fitting that he is climbing up the Althoff career ladder. Just as he did at the first CHEF-SACHE in Hamburg, he is lending his support to our Spanish stars on the stage.

Jürgen Dollase
Chef art critic and analyst
He is certainly the most important scene analyst, author of reviews and own works in the German-speaking world. But also on an international level he enjoys an excellent reputation through his unique, uncompromising and open style of writing. As a result, at the moment he is considered to be the most influential personality of the writing guild. His criticisms are never hostile. Although razor sharp, they should act to provoke thought and improvement of situations and dishes. Many great chefs like to take these constructive suggestions on board and the Dollase-influence is tangible in many kitchens. Jürgen Dollase belongs to the CHEF-SACHE. His presentations on stage, his probing questions together with the quality and amusing nature of his performance are a mainstay of the stage program.

Professor Dr. Ingo Scheuermann
Dr. Know of the blogosphere
Full-time job Professor of Finance, part-time job for haute cuisine. His interest in indulgence and the thirst for knowledge in lifting the lid on haute cuisine, lead Prof. Ingo Scheuermann through the gourmet temples of the world. He talks with the chefs and scrutinises with scientific precision. He documents his experiences and publishes them in his own international blog "High End Food." He also is a contributing writer for magazines and books. Last year too, using his expertise and charm, Dr. Ingo Scheuermann moderated on the CHEF-SACHE stage. We are pleased that we were able to win him as a moderator for this year too.

Christian Stromann
"eats stars, spits criticism"
Together with a small group of culinary-interested people "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," as they like to call themselves, the media entrepreneur Christian Stromann founded the critics blog "Sternefresser.de". This is regarded as a leader in its field by the top restaurants in Germany. Christian Stromann is networked with the scene as scarcely any other and cultivates personal and friendly contact with many of the top chefs.
